Dedicated page or dedicated website: the difference.

Collection — your property has its own full page on kazalie.com, within our curated selection: photos, video, rates, direct booking. You benefit from the visibility of the collective.
Signature — on top of that page, your property gets its own website, in its own name, at its own address (www.your-property.com). It's your independent showcase, for your cards, your social profiles and your listings.

Advertising budget: you set it freely — €50 per month recommended as a minimum. It is paid directly to the ad platforms from an account in your name. Campaign creation and management are included in the subscription.

No. No cleaning, no check-ins, no maintenance. We're happy to work alongside the concierge you already have.

You, and only you. Payments land in your account. We take no commission on your rentals.

No. Having your own booking website is perfectly allowed, and most professional hosts have one.

Only as a co-host, with limited rights. You keep full control and can revoke it at any time.

That's when the work matters most. The season sells months in advance: what we produce in summer fills your winter.
